Membership costs

• £10 a year for adults

• £5 a year for those in full-time education

• No charge for unwaged

The money raised from membership is vital to support the projects of Climate Action Ilkley and we are grateful to all of our members. 

Membership gives access to discounts from Leeds Solar (solar panel installer) and Gecko renewables (air source heat pump and solar panel installer). Both of these companies have been used by a number of members who have been happy with the service. We advise members to get quotes from multiple companies.

Leeds Solar

• 5% discount on installation cost

Gecko

• £500 off the cost of installing a heat pump (plus the £7500 grant from government, if eligible)

• £500 off the cost of solar panels if installed at the same time as a heat pump

• Reductions in the cost of annual service for heat pumps
