Energy

Focus

In our Energy action group we focus on raising awareness on a number of issues and providing practical information for our local residents:

• Importance of insulating and draught-proofing our homes to make them more energy efficient

• Benefits of installing solar panels to generate electricity and save money

• How air source and ground source heat pumps can heat our homes instead of using gas

• Importance of using renewable energy to reduce carbon emissions
